1) Everything You Need to Survive the Apocalypse by Lucas Klauss
My first thought was that I'd requested this book by mistake. Somehow I got it confused with How to Survive the Zombie Apocalypse. Which might actually be a good book for me, because I really don't like zombies. But this book is NOT about zombies. At all. Which is good, as far as I'm concerned.
2) Irises by Francisco X. Stork
3) Ditched by Robin Mellom
4) Tell Me a Secret by Holly Cupala
What came in your mailbox last week? Can't wait to see!
Ditched sounds like such a fun book. How to Survive the Apocalypse sounds really good too. Great books this week Jen. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteooh ditched sounds pretty awesome! same as irises!! great reads :D

How to Survive the Apocalypse looks fun! What genre is it? Other than Under the Never Sky, I got an indie book that looks kind of cool and won an indie ebook I can't remember the name of ;)
ReplyDeleteApocalypse is a contemporary, much to my surprise and happiness. No living dead with dangling eyeballs etc. *shudder*
ReplyDeleteDitched was a really fun read, like a YA version of the Hangover.
Everything You Need to Survive the Apocalypse sounds like something I would like. I actually work at a library and love your blog and many others for giving me great ideas on what to read! I've got a list a mile long of TBR books at home and can't wait for some free time to get to it!
ReplyDeleteI love libraries -- I have worked in them too, both for pay and as a volunteer. I'm always happy when I'm in a library :)
DeleteThe library is awesome :D Free reads every day :D
ReplyDeleteAnd if a book isn't for you, no guilt!
Deletetotally agree :D unfortunately, i have not been taking advantage of the library with all the books i've been winning. if i don't want the book, i give them as gifts :) someone else is happy
DeleteI have been using the library a lot more lately and last week I got Lola and the Boy Next Door and the new Jay Asher book (name is escaping me at the moment). Those are the two I am super excited about! :)

Lola is such a charming book. And do you mean the Jay Asher one that takes place in the 90s? Historical fiction -- LOL. I liked that one too :)
ReplyDeleteThese are all new books to me. Worth checking out.

I love the library! I always have a million requests in too! I want to read Ditched. It looks really cute!
ReplyDeleteI definitely want to read Ditched. It sounds like such a funny story and I am very curious as to why Ian ditched Justina at prom. And I want to know why she is wearing that dress lol.
ReplyDeleteThis is kind of off topic, but the girl on the cover of Ditched reminds of the the actress who plays Sutton/Emma in the tv series The Lying Game. LOL.
ReplyDeleteShe does look like Sutton -- I am so addicted to that show :)
