This week, the library came through again for me:
Unraveling Isobel by Eileen Cook
Tempest by Julie Cross
Then ..... look what I got in the mail !!!!!!!!
One day my blogger friend Literally Jen texted me: (She said it was okay if I share our text exchange.)
LJ: Do you like Lauren Oliver's books?
Me: Uh, yeah. Of course.
LJ: I'm reading Pandemonium.
Me: Soooo jealous!!
LJ: Uh, I'm asking if you want it when I'm done.
Me: AHHHHHHHHHH!!
I can't wait to start this. I have some February releases to tackle first, so I need to get going!
I also wanted to announce the winner of my latest comments contest. Thanks to all of you who came by to leave a comment in January. The Randomizer chose...
the lovely Jennifer M of Some Like it Paranormal.
Since I'm really low on books/ARCs I haven't read, I asked her for her most wanted list and I'll be surprising her.
I'd love to know what was in your mailbox/library bag/shopping cart this week?
Tell me, because I'm collecting February comments right now!
Awesome mailbox!! I cant wait to read Pandemonium !!

ReplyDeleteMy IMM
Reading Tempest right now....
DeleteUnravelling Isobel looks great! I wasn't keen on Tempest, but I seem to be in the minority. Ashamedly, I've still not read delirium, but I hope pandemonium is fantastic for you! :D
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your haul. I hope to see you on my blog soon :)
Stephanie @ Stepping Out of the Page
Well, lucky for you, both Deliirum and Pandemonium end with huge cliffhangers, so you can just wait until book 3 comes out and not have to suffer ;)
DeleteSo lucky that you got Pandemonium! I'm so eager to read it. I hope you enjoy everything you got this week! Come check out my IMM!

You got great stuff too. Enjoy!
DeleteOh, you got Pandemonium, that's AWESOME. I can't wait to hear all your thoughts on it (and I can't wait to get my hot little hands on a copy on Feb. 28!!!)Very cool haul Jen!
ReplyDeleteFeb 28 sounds a lot sooner than it used to!
Deletewoo hoo!! you have some awesome friends :)
ReplyDeleteI've recently received the entire trilogy of Wolves of Mercy by Maggie Stiefvater - all signed :D I'm giving away Linger for #RAK coz I already have a hardcover signed copy
Oh, yay! i know you wanted to get those signed. Congrats!
DeleteAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! You got Pandemonium!!!!! LOL I'm so excited ans scared for it! I hear the cliffhanger is killer! I have Tempest too and I am very curious about Unraveling Isobel. Thanks for visiting My IMM!
ReplyDeleteLOL. I emailed you.
DeleteI have PANDEMONIUM on my wish list. I'm actually going to be chasing up some 'Titanic' stories. It's almost 100 years.
ReplyDeleteThat's right! I'm hooked on Downton Abbey and that begins with the sinking of the Titanic. Love that show!!!
DeleteSome good ones there! Congrats on your haul!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for stopping by :)
DeleteMy library holds list looks something like this-
ReplyDelete-Cinder
-A Million Suns
-Touch of Power
-Illuminated
-The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight
...and that of course doesn't include by TBR list on Goodreads of all the things I can't get at the library but desperately want. Sigh. I just added Unraveling Isobel. Thanks for the review!
It's hard to wait. I check my library holds a couple times a week!
DeleteOoh I absolutely loved Tempest. Plenty of action and of course the time traveling. Also a very sweet romance and the characters are so real. I so loved Jackson and it was perfect the book is in his POV. Wow I wish the next one would come out sooner and this book would make an amazing movie.
ReplyDeleteIt took me a while to get into it, but I did start to enjoy it more by the middle. I do hope it gets made into a movie -- seems perfect for that.
DeleteI got A Million Suns, Under the Never Sky, Fallen in Love, Angel Burn, and Diabolical from the library.
ReplyDeleteI've only read the first two -- which I'm sure you'll love!
DeleteI do! The ending of A Million Suns is a cliffhanger! I can't wait for the last book. As for Under the Never Sky, I really enjoyed that book because of the unique storyline and setting. I'm currently reading Angel burn.
DeleteAwesome! You have no idea just how much I want to have a library like yours... Seriously, our school's library is ANCIENT. I don't think they even know about YA, seeing as how the only "YA-ish" books they have are Nancy Drew. :| (Aside from other dusty old books...)
ReplyDeleteBut yeah, Tempest was a fun read, hope you enjoy reading! :D
I am lucky -- didn't realize how much good stuff my library had.
DeleteLOL my school library was like that. Maybe you'd have better luck at the public library???
Yup, you sure are! Come to think of it... I don't think we even have a public library. :| Which totally sucks, so I end up buying all the books I wanna read. Eh, my room's turning into a library anyway! :P
