In My Mailbox 13

In My Mailbox was started as a YA book blog feature by The Story Siren in November 2009. Haul videos are nothing new; fashionistas have been posting them on YouTube since at least 2007.

I was crossing my fingers on a bunch of stuff from NetGalley, but no news :(

Then, something exciting came in the mail, which lifted my spirits.

YA books, young adult books

Thank you Macmillan Children's!!! I won this in a contest. This doesn't happen to me often, so I was super-excited!

Later on this week, the mailman came with a prize I won from Hayley @ Booking It With Hayley G!

It's a bunch of cool swag from HarlequinTeen!  Bookmarks and some cover mock-ups! Thanks so much, Hayley!

What was in your mailbox this week?

What's on the top of your to-read list?

  15. Yay! Can't wait to hear your take on Of Poseidon because it's part of The Fierce Reads Tour which is coming to my little ole town in June along with 3 or 4 other awesome books. I probably won't buy all the books featured so I would LOVE some advice on which ones might be a good fit for me:) Great IMM Jen:)

  16. A NIGHT TO REMEMBER tops my reading list. It has just arrived. It's a timely read about the Titanic. I know I will get chills reading it. More than any thriller or horror story.

  19. I've been a lucky lady. I received my copy of Pandemonium that I won...from you! I was also lucky enough to win a copy of Far from Here from The Fictionators, when they were trying to get rid of old ARCS and other things. From the library I just got Wanderlove, which I had been waiting on forever. Life is good.

  23. So exciting! I have Of Poseidon on my tbr list, so I'm interested to see what you think about it when you read it. Top of my list was Edenbrooke by Julianne Donaldson and Friends and Foes by Sarah M Eden. I just finished both this weekend and LOVED them! Next on the top of my list is The Catastrophic History of You and Me and When the Sea is Rising Red. They're waiting for me at the library.
