In My Mailbox 16

In My Mailbox was started as a YA book blog feature by The Story Siren in November 2009. Haul videos are nothing new; fashionistas have been posting them on YouTube since at least 2007.

Fun stuff this week!!

First off, I might be the last person in the YA world to read this book, but better late than never!
I have a ton of review stuff to get to, so it's sitting on my night table, taunting me...

Obsidian by Jennifer Armentrout

Then the library emailed me with most excellent news: this came in for me:

The Book of Blood and Shadow by Robin Wasserman. I just finished it, and my review will be posted next week..

I keep forgetting to put my NetGalley titles on my In My Mailbox.

I got The Glimpse by Claire Merle.  Thanks to Faber and Faber!

Also Keep Holding On by Susane Colasanti. Thanks to Viking/Penguin Group!

Finally, I got Immortal Rules by Julie Kagawa.  Thanks to Harlequin Teen!

This is what's coming up on the blog next week:

Monday: If You Like has a juicy theme: Friends With Benefits. I LOVE reading about friends with romantic tension that sizzles. Be sure to stop by and see my picks and give me yours!

Tuesday: Hot off the Presses!  This week there are a TON of great new YA releases. Come and weigh in!

Wednesday is a review day. Stop by and see what I thought of I Hunt Killers by Barry Lyga.

Wednesday is also the last day of Divergent trivia. Get your last entries in by midnight!

Thursday: the winner of the Insurgent giveaway will be announced! And I'll post the trivia questions and answers so you can see how you did....

Friday: for TGIF we're discussing reading slumps. What gets you into them, and what can get you out..

Saturday  will be a Standalone Saturday featuring Book of Blood and Shadows..

Talk to me! What are you reading, what's on your TBR, what was in your mailbox/library bag/shopping cart this week?

And The Glimpse is pretty good but I had to put it on hold because I have other things I have to read right away.
