What's Up For Next Week?
Reviews of Poison by Bridget Zinn, Trinkets by Kirsten Smith and -- if I can keep my nose to the grindstone -- maybe also MILA 2.0 by Debra Driza OR Strands of Bronze and Gold by Jane Nickerson OR Deep Betrayal by Anne Greenwood Brown.
Or maybe I'll just be a slacker…. stay tuned and find out…
What have you been up to? What are your plans for the week? Let me know in comments!
Gosh I'm getting behind on my reviews, still haven't finished partials never mind fragments and have got poison and mila 2.0 and something else to read this week too! Oh well, must just keep going!
ReplyDeleteGlad it's not just me!
DeletePoison and Strands of Gold are both on my birthday list along with a lot of other books.
ReplyDeleteI was in the middle of reading Beautiful Creatures then my live-brary loan expired...I love being able to borrow kindle books but sometimes it's a pain. If you don't have the time to read it right away, it ends up expiring. Now I'm deciding whether to finish reading it or not. I was about 1/2 through.
LOVE your photo -- pretty!
DeleteYes I hate kindle borrowing -- so stressful. I prefer audio borrowing, because once you download them they don't expire.
*snorts* Jen you're no slacker!
ReplyDeleteI'm totally blown away that March is here already too. What happened to February?
I'm feeling really overwhelmed lately!
DeleteI haven't been reading much this week either. Just been kind of out of the mood and nothing I'm reading is really catching my attention. I've got tons of new books though! But I hate leaving something only half read because then I usually never go back to it.
ReplyDeleteSame. I usually say I'll try again, but usually I don't.
DeleteLet the Sky Fall! I've been really excited for that one. Hopefully I can pick up a copy and find time to read it soon. And I'm reading Unremembered next, after I finish The Collector which hopefully can be done today.
ReplyDeleteYou are the exact oppostie of a slacker! Take a break if you need one. :)
I'm allowing myself to DNF some things that I'm not enjoying. That helps :)
DeleteI'm hoping to get through Poison today and then start on Strands of Bronze and Gold so I hope you check that one out. I also had a bunch of library books come in so I need to get on those!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe it's already March-the first two months of the year went by way too fast! I also really need to pick up my reading pace to get back on track for my year total.
Isn't it always the case that ALL your library requests come in at once!
DeleteYou, a slacker? Pshaw. :P You always put me to shame. I'm hoping to get to Poison this week, too, but there are so many other books calling my name.
ReplyDeletePoison is really fun and sweet -- a nice change!
DeleteI am curious about Unremebered. You had a great week on the blog, and my review of Requiem posts this week, i am off to see what you thought of the ending! The Sunday Post
ReplyDeleteI hope I like it. I'm getting a little tired of amnesia books. If not, I'll pass it on :)
DeleteI'm not really sure where February went at all. Nice haul. Let The Sky Fall and Unremembered are both on my wishlist. I just finished Deep Betrayal, hope you enjoy it. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteJenea @ Books Live Forever's Sunday Post
I'm excited for Deep Betrayal -- my favorite mermaid series!
DeleteOh, I've been wanting to read Let the Sky Fall and Unremembered. Hope you enjoy them!
ReplyDeleteMe too!
DeleteI am excited for both of these and can't wait to see what you think!
ReplyDeleteHappy reading,
Brandi @ Blkosiner’s Book Blog
Thanks :)
DeleteIt's okay to be a slacker sometimes. Also... I'm totally psyched for Let the Sky Fall! I love Shannon Messenger.
ReplyDeleteI need to find the time to be a slacker. *snort*
DeleteUnremembered sounds really good. Happy reading Jen :D!
ReplyDeleteHaul - Mel@thedailyprophecy.
Thanks so much!
DeleteI have Unremembered to read, but I've heard mixed things! I hope it's good. :)
ReplyDeleteI also agree with you -- how is it March already?!?!?
Have a good week!
Me too!
DeleteYou a slacker?? I doubt it lol (although I have been lately. Need to get my arse in gear!)
ReplyDeleteI'll be reading Unremembered soon too.
It seems to be in the air. Maybe we all have spring fever….
DeleteO I cannot wait to get my own hands on Let The Sky Fall, looks soo good <3 I hope you enjoy it!
ReplyDeleteIt will be a giveaway choice -- so stop back :)
DeleteBoth of those books sound really good! I am really hoping to pick up a copy of Unremembered soon. I hope you enjoy both of them and Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to hear what you think of Unremembered.
ReplyDeleteI was reading Unremembered, but put it aside. I wasn't feeling it at the time. Let the Sky Fall sounds good. Great books!!
ReplyDeleteGirl, you been busy! I like to re-cap my week too but that would take up so much time.
