I'm linking up to Sunday Post hosted by the lovely Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer
Happy weekend! I'm starting to dive into my May review books. And there are a LOT of them. So I should not be requesting any new books. But alas, I am weak...

News of the WeirdI saw this in my newsfeed last week and thought it was an April Fool's joke. Nope. Google has a new setting that allows you to decide what to do with your Google accounts after you die. If your accounts have been inactive for a time you specify (six months, a year, etc.) then you can set them to auto-delete, set up auto-replies for your email (messages from the grave --oooh!) and/or designate a person to manage your accounts. Want to set it up? Follow the links in the Google blog post here.
Thanks so much for stopping by. Tell me in comments what you've been up to, and leave a link so I can visit you back :)
Chaos of stars sounds great.
ReplyDeleteBrandi @ Blkosiner’s Book Blog
I'm excited to try that one!
DeleteYeah, I wasn't supposed to request anymore either but... lol I keep telling myself it's okay because they are far off titles but really that's how they pile up. I'm very curious about The Chaos of Stars. I hope you like it! :)
ReplyDeleteMy Haul
Right? I ask myself why I am so stressed, and it's because I request too much. Hoping for a more relaxing summer...
DeleteI'm looking forward to the Chaos of Stars. (Love the cover too!)
ReplyDeleteHope you have a good week :)
Weekly Wrap Up
The cover is really beautiful!
DeleteGreat books for review! I didn't really get anything this week which is good because I barely had time to read anything. Very interested in Parallel this week, a title I am dying to know more about!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to tell you about Parallel!
DeleteI just finished Nantucket Blue this past week. But I'm not set to post my review on it until next month. Great week!
ReplyDeleteCheck out my SP & STS.
Sandy @ Somewhere Only We Know
Just finished it today - and I need to start posting May reviews because I think I have 15 May books to review!
DeleteNice books this week. I am really looking forward to The Chaos of Stars. Happy reading.
ReplyDeleteJenea @ Books Live Forever's Sunday Post
Me too!
DeleteGreat book haul, Jen! The Chaos of Stars is gorgeous. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteChaos of the Stars is gorgeous! Did you get the prequel to The Testing? Link to it is on my sidebar for free download. Have a great week Jen! The Sunday Post
ReplyDeleteI got the email about all the goodies but haven't done that yet.
DeleteThe Chaos Of Stars looks really good, I love that cover. I also got The Testing this week but I forgot to mention it in my STS post!
ReplyDeleteHappy Reading this week!
LOL - I forgot to mention it until I saw it on Kimba's post..
DeleteNothing big, except revealing my book cover : )
ReplyDeleteI just went to look -- so exciting!
DeleteOh goodness, that Inactive Account Manager thing is so odd! And quite eerie (though sending an email from the afterlife to people does sound fun).
ReplyDeleteSo I went to check it out and started to write the email and had NO idea what to say. Hello, I'm haunting you?? So strange!!
DeleteThose look good, especially the Chaos of Stars. Happy reading! :)

I'm excited about that one!
Deleteooh fantastic books!! Chaos of Stars sounds awesome! Cant wait for your reviews, and hope you end up enjoying them all!
ReplyDelete- Farah @ MajiBookshelf
Hadn't heard of any of these before; I had to look them up.
ReplyDeleteHeather ~ My Sunday Post
I'm weak too, I look at my review pile, read one, then request 5 more. It will never be gone.
ReplyDeleteBut you got some great books at least!! I also got The Testing and am looking forward to it!
The Chaos of Stars looks really good! I managed to make it through the week without requesting anything (I did relieve The Testing)but I don't know if I can handle another week, lol.
ReplyDeleteThey all look really good so I hope you enjoy them!
My Sunday Post
What to do with emails after you die? Can't say I really considered that! So jealous that you got chaos of stars, they didn't approve me :(
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoy them!
I'm very excited to dive into Hideous Love. I saw that it is written in verse, which kind of put me off, but the story sounds so intriguing that I couldn't resist.
ReplyDeleteFunnily enough, I hardly have any May review titles. Same with April. It's kind of been a little lull for me, but that means I've had plenty of time to catch up on my own books that have been collecting dust.
Happy reading and thanks for stopping by Pretty Deadly Reviews!
What to do when you die??? Um....I guess Kevin should go on without me and carry my Google torch lol
ReplyDeleteWow, thats crazy google. And what if you don't die and just haven't logged on. It goes away.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to read Firecracker. I LOVE New Girl. :) Chaos has a gorgeous cover, but I'm weary of Kiersten White. I have this, I'm just not making it a priority. (I feel like I'm saying that too much these days. Oops.) It's funny...I was actually just thinking about that the other day...what would happen to my blog and stuff if something happened to me? Leave it to Google. :P
ReplyDeleteOMG I'M GOING TO AUTOREPLY TO EVERYONE FROM THE GRAVE (if I can't get into the Robot testing to preserve my consciousness, like I'm planning).
ReplyDeleteAlso, not that I would tell you what to do, but you should totally read the Chaos of Stars and then text me about it! I love KW!
So jealous you got Chaos of Stars!!! I actually pre-orderd that one since it sounds fabulous and I really love her! I got Firecracker from NetGalley. I also should stop requesting because I have a ton to review, but I just can't resist some of these! ;)
ReplyDeleteSo, what? I can't believe Google has something like that. Crazy funny! Lol!
