This week I'm waiting on:
To All the Boys I've Loved Before
by Jenny Han
To be published in April 2014
by Simon & Schuster BFYR
Lara Jean, who has never openly admitted her crushes, instead wrote each boy a letter about how she felt, sealed it, and hid it in a box under her bed. But one day Lara Jean discovers that somehow her secret box of letters has been mailed, causing all her crushes from her past to confront her about the letters…
Love the sound of this one! Who mailed those letters? What did they say? And … what's going to happen??
Until this book comes out, I will read this tumblr called: Letters From Your Secret Admirer…
What book are you impatiently waiting for? Tell me in comments, or leave a link to your WoW so I can visit you back!
This sounds so fun! How embarrassing would that be!? Great pick! :)

Ah! that would be so horrifying. What a great summer read this book would make. I might have to read it because it sounds so darn cute. Great pick

I really want to read this one-it sounds so cute! I also wonder who mailed them-a sibling? A pissed off ex-bff?
ReplyDeleteI have never read one of Han's books before, but this will definitely be my first. Love the intrigue of the concept.

Oh, the horror! I would be mortified. But, I'll bet it makes for good reading! :D I haven't read anything by Jenny Han yet, but I think I'll make this the first. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteWANT! This sounds awesome and hopefully really funny. I wrote a letter to a crush once back in the 6th grade. I gave it to my mom to mail. Thankfully my mom "lost it" because that probably would have been seriously embarrassing.
ReplyDeleteI just finished 'the summer I turned pretty' by this author! april 2014 seems ages away though!
ReplyDeleteNow I've seen this one twice, and before today, I hadn't seen it at all! I am excited to read this one - it sounds like something I would enjoy. Hope you get to read it soon! :D
ReplyDeleteCheck out my WoW post!

ReplyDeleteI'm excited about this book too and that tumblr is so NEAT.
ReplyDeleteI heard about this book for the first time last week. It's not my usual sort of read but I'm definitely thinking of picking it up. I need to know who mailed those letters! Nice pick!

I'm also waiting on this book this week. Yay =D
ReplyDeleteI would DIE. Book sounds great!
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure I would die of embarrassment if anything like this ever happened - and I would feel so betrayed! Like what reason does anyone have to ever do that? It's so interesting! And it sounds adorable and mysterious at the same time. I'm all kinds of excited for this book!

That sounds good! I am wondering how they will all react to the letters. Would be embarrassing but I bet she will find out that many felt the same way and that she should have just told them.
ReplyDeleteI'm not really a fan of these types of books, but this one sounds so... well, juicy! :) Hopefully I'll get the chance to pick it up some time!
