Hot Off the Presses: New YA Releasing August 6-12

Hot Off the Presses -- brand new YA releases!

Welcome to Hot Off the Presses!

Yes, I know it's Wednesday. Yesterday I hosted a stop on Authors Are Rock Stars, so I am posting a day late :)

Below are all the great new YA books you can grab in the week to come. If you're a reviewer, you can also link your blog or Goodreads reviews of any YA book publishing in August  so we can all check them out!

Hot Off the Presses aims to include every traditionally published YA -- if I missed something, please let me know in comments. You are also welcome to link your reviews of YA books that were self-pubbed in August!

The winner of my August giveaway can pick any book up to $15 on either Amazon (for US winner) or The Book Depository (for international winner.) Enter by linking reviews, commenting on linked reviews, or tweeting :)
If I missed anything, let me know in comments!

  1. Hmmm...not that interested in most of this week's releases. I think it is later in the month that I am interested in a ton. Maybe A Tale of Two Centuries after your review or Wise Young Fool just cause I like the cover.

    1. Yeah, we have two or three slow weeks and then everything explodes at the end of August!

  2. There aren't any titles there that I am looking forward to, but I am also sorta in a reading slump which basically means I have a distaste towards most books lately. (I know, so so sad D;)

Thanks for sharing anyways, hon! <33

  3. Nothing I need but I do want to catch up on the Amanda Hocking series and I also want to read Infinity Glass but still have to read the book before it.

    1. It's good to read them back to back -- I completely forgot everything about them...

  4. I didn't realize The Uprising was coming out already. I really want to read the first book after hearing so many amazing things about it.

  6. I'm currently reading Out of Play (Entangled Teen Pub) by Nyrae Dawn & Jolene Perry. I love their books! This was released yesterday. I've got A Tale of Two Centuries coming to me in the mail. Then I can read both books in that series back-to-back! :-)

  7. Infinityglass is EVERYWHERE. The release date generated a lot of buzz with all the giveaways and reviews. It reminds me of how I just lost... track? of the books after Hourglass even after liking it.

I love the covers of the first three books, even Elegy, though I wasn't a huge fan of the first book. Slower week this time around, it seems. I don't know how you keep track of all the different release dates!

    1. I read the first two books and liked them a lot, but I also forgot the plot. I need a refresher!

  8. Still have to read Hourglass and The Forsaken and if I like them I will continue with the series.

    Thanks for sharing.

  10. I live in the UK. If I win, can you e-mail me the Amazon card?

    1. I have bought an e-card from Amazon.ca for a Canadian winner and it worked. I can try! Otherwise, I'd order your book from TBD.
