This Week's Reviews:

A joint review of two new YA multiverse books, Relativity by Cristin Bishara and 3:59 by Gretchen McNeil.

A long-awaited (for me) review of This Song Will Save Your Life by Leila Sales.

New Review Books:

Thanks, Harlequin Teen.

When I read that Michelle Rowan was going to revamp her July 2008 adult novel as YA, of course I went out and read the original!  I'm excited to compare them!

What's new with you? Let me know in comments and leave me a link so I can visit you back. One of my weekend goals is catching up on comments!

  1. I've been seeing Countdown in practically everyone's book hauls lately. I hope you'll enjoy it.

    1. As far as I can remember, they are pretty similar but the adult version is rated R while the YA version is more PG-13...

  5. Oh I didn't know Rowan was doing that-interested to see how it turns out. My weekend, as I just shared, is about catching up on commenting since I had basically no time on Thursday and Friday. I probably need to write around 100 comments on these two days plus I'd like to read 4 books if possible (or at least 3.) I need more time!

  6. How was the original one? I'm now tempted to go out and grab it before the YA version comes out.

    1. I read the original back in the spring, but they are pretty similar, except the adult version is way steamier….

  11. I just finished Countdown yesterday. Really enjoyed it. I had no idea that it was a revamp of an adult novel until I read the acknowledgements. I can't wait to see you compare the two. And I reviewed The Dream Thieves last week too! :) Great week!

  12. Countdown looks like an interesting book, it's been a while since I've started a new dystopian series. I feel like I'm that last lonely person who hasn't read The Raven Boys yet haha. Hope you have a great week!

  14. I read the new Countdown but not the original. I'd be interested in reading a comparison post to see what changes were made.
