I got this:
Which was part of my Trending Thursday post on books about celebrity romance and fauxmance. I'm excited to try it!
This email popped up in my in-box today:
I'm not super-fixated on stats. Watching them can be a little like watching the scale -- the numbers do fluctuate a little. On the other hand ... WOW! Thanks to everyone who follows me.
Last month I went into Bloglovin and followed a massive number of people back -- Bloglovin makes this strangely time consuming because they show your followers' personal profiles rather than their blogs. So you have to click on their profile, find out if they have a blog, etc. But I will go back in and do some more follow backs. If I'm not following you, let me know!
Tomorrow, an interview with YA author Beth Kephart. On the review front, I'll be looking at Tease by Amanda Madel, Pointe by Brandy Colbert, and maybe Exile by Kevin Emerson.
On top of my TBR pile: She is Not Invisible by Marcus Sedgwick, The Hunt by Stacey Kade, and Chapel Wars by Lindsey Leavitt!
Thanks so much for stopping by! Leave me a comment and I will visit you back :)
grats! Moving on up!ReplyDelete
Wow, 3000! That's amazing :-) I have The Hunt and She's Not Invisible on the top of my pile too. I hope they are amazing reads. Have a great week Jen!ReplyDelete
Congratulations! That is quite an achievement. :)ReplyDelete
Catch a Falling Star looks great. I hope you'll enjoy.
Congrats! Catch a Falling Star sounds interesting, especially when you think about how people do judge celebrities (and other people) based on their romances. Happy Reading!ReplyDelete
Congrats on reaching that milestone. it's always a great accomplishment to reach that. enjoy your new book.ReplyDelete
I started reading Tease a couple days ago and I'm really enjoying. The MC is NOT likable in any way, though, so be prepared for that! I can't wait to see what you think of She is Not Invisible. I absolute love all of Sedgwick's books.ReplyDelete
Congrats on that huge milestone! You deserve it!
Congrats on the milestone, Jen! That's awesome! I try not to pay too much attention to my stats, either, but there are some that are just too awesome not to mention. :) I haven't heard the best things about Catch a Falling Star, but I'd requested it before I started seeing any reviews. Oh, well, I still want to give it a chance. I also have She Is Not Invisible coming up on the review pile, but I've never read a Marcus Sedgwick book before, and I'm kind of scared. Lol. Hope you enjoy your new reads.ReplyDelete
Congrats on 3000 Jen! Thant's amazing!ReplyDelete
I'm looking forward to your review of Pointe by Brandy Colbert as I'm pretty excited about that one.
Congrats on that milestone-you are an awesome blog so it doesn't surprise me that so many people want to know what you are sharing :) Pretty soon it'll be 6,000!ReplyDelete
And I was proud of myself just for posting this week. :) Congrats on the milestone and looking forward to being a regular reader again!ReplyDelete
Congrats on reaching the 3000 follower mark! I totally agree with you about following back on Bloglovin. This week I've been noticing how much of a pain it can be to comment back on blogs after someone leaves a comment at The Hiding Spot. I use Disqus and it just doesn't always seem user friendly. Hopefully this kind of stuff will eventually get reworked!ReplyDelete
Looking forward to your review of POINTE!
Congrats on the bloglovin followers, that is super amazing! What a massive milestone! I haven't heard of the book yet but I hope you enjoy it.ReplyDelete
Here's my STS this week.
OH. MY. GOSH. Congrats!!! That is a mind-blowing number and you totally deserve it. You have such an awesome blog. :))ReplyDelete
Congrats on 3000! I love the cover for Catch a falling star.ReplyDelete
WOw. 3000 followers. That's great.ReplyDelete
I reached 1000 yesterday and it's still unbelievable.
But I am more happy about comments I receive, to be honest with you.
That cover looks lovely!!ReplyDelete
WOW! 3000 is amazing! Congrats Jen! I hope you end up liking Catch a Falling Star. I thought it was fun and cute. :)ReplyDelete
