Happy Friday!
First, congratulations to my Freebie Friday ARC grab bag winner, Erin.
She chose:
Prisoner of Night and Fog by Anne Blankman
Great by Sara Benincasa
The Treatment by Suzanne Young
Elusion by Claudia Gabel
I'll be doing grab bag again soon, so stay tuned!
This week, I'm giving away a book that a lot of people are excited about:
I started the first book and it wasn't really my kind of book, so this finished copy is wasted on me and I'm happy to share! It is the Barnes and Noble special edition and says it has a poster (it's there -- I checked) and a special bonus scene -- also there, which means I know how the book ends. And I don't know what ending most people want, so you'll have to tell me in the comments what you are hoping for, and then I will either nod approvingly or sigh, knowing your dreams will be crushed :(
a Rafflecopter giveaway I'm so sorry that, again, this is US only :(
But if you live outside the US, you can enter Hot Off the Presses here AND you can enter my stop on the Fairytale Fortnight Hop here. Both are ending soon, so don't delay!
I am DYING to get my hands on this book!!! Thanks for the chance to win it. :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck -- wish I had a boxful :)
DeleteI'm kinda tempted to ask you about the ending only! But I will be strong and resist being spoiled!
ReplyDeleteHa! One person has already contacted me for details. But stay strong!!!
DeleteI liked the first book for the most part. I wouldn't mind continuing the series. :)
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear it!
DeleteI'm excited either way to see how the story ends.
ReplyDeleteThat is the right attitude. Love triangles are rough!
DeleteOMG! You are living a charmed life, Jen. I'm really hoping she ends up with Maxon! I clicked that enter button so hard. :)
ReplyDelete*fingers crossed*
I have had the crappiest week and then it's kind of ironic to get an early copy of a book that I don't intend to read. But glad to share :)
DeleteJen, I hate you right now. Dangling a copy of 'The One' (my most anticipated read of the year) in front of me and then saying US only?! I am beyond disappointed ☹ How the heck did you get ahold of a copy so early?!!
ReplyDeleteSorry about that :( :(
DeleteOh dear, I hope nobody gets injured to get a copy of this book. Yes. It's that serious.
ReplyDeleteLOL. I hope everyone is happy with the ending!
DeleteI started the first book and felt it wasn't for me either. The covers for this series are gorgeous though. I wish I liked the story more just so I could get copies for my shelves.
ReplyDeleteThe covers are gorgeous and I will just admire this one until it's time to mail it out....
DeleteWith the love triangle I really love both boys so no matter which one she chooses I'll be happy :)
ReplyDeleteYou guys are so adaptable! I get too emotionally invested in those triangles. To me, it's always obvious how things should end up and I get upset when that doesn't happen!
DeleteI love these books!! TEAM MAXON XOXO!! Feel free to sigh or hopefully nod my way!!
ReplyDeleteI love your freebie Fridays and would totally enter if I didn't already have a signed copy my way. But thanks for all you do and keep up the good work and I have to add that I am completely team Maxon! :)
ReplyDeleteI wasn't a big fan of the first book and only scanned it. But curiousity got me so I went ahead and picked up the sequel and read it through. The book drives me nuts but kind of like a soap opera in a bad but addicting way. I will pick up the last one since I am curious. I'm completely on the opposite side of everyone and find Maxon to be a horribly annoying, naive, douche and hope she goes back to her childhood love Aspen. I've seen lots of early 1 star reviews of people that did not like the ending so I'm hoping maybe things may go my way! LOL
ReplyDeleteThat cover is so pretty. But I haven't read this series yet, because I have heard mixed things about it.
