Extra! Extra! is my weekend post featuring brand new additions to my TBR pile as well as a summary of what's new on the blog.
This weekend I'm linking to Stacking the Shelves @ Tynga's Reviews or to Sunday Post hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
I'm trying to have restraint, but I downloaded these two from Edelweiss:
Lies I Told by Michelle Zink (Harper Teen, April 2015)
Playlist for the Dead by Michelle Falkoff (Harper Teen, January 2015)
One book inspired by The Heist Society, and one by 13 Reasons Why. Hope I love
I have two amazing ones going on at the moment. One is open internationally!
Win an ARC of Belzhar and (for US winner) a cool Gallagher Academy blank notebook (both Belzhar and Gallagher Girls take place in unusual boarding schools.) Open internationally -- enter here. And YES this giveaway includes trivia :)
And, thanks to the amazing people at Disney-Hyperion, I am offering this super-cool Darkest Minds prize pack!
You can enter to win a complete set of the Darkest Minds trilogy, a floating bookcase and this really great tote bag! Open to US addresses only; enter here.
Even though I've been reading like a fiend, I'm still 5-6 books behind on my Goodreads Challenge *kicks Goodreads challenge widget* but I have also been reading some great books that I can't wait to tell you about ... soon!
What have you been up to this week? Tell me in comments and I will visit you back!
Good haul! I am going to enter your giveaways now!ReplyDelete

I'm so angry right now, it was a great comment!
I am ahead on my GR challenge, but only because of summer and I needed to be ahead to make up for all the books I won't be able to read because of school. I've only finished one book since the start of the school year and that makes me really sad. I'm starting to get back in the swing of things and not feel so exhausted when I get home so I'm hoping my reading will pick up at least a little bit. If not, I have no shame and I will totally change my GR goal. I've already changed it twice this year :)
Sorry. I hate it when that happens!! On one of the commenting platforms (I can't remember which) I always copy my comment before I hit submit because it gets messed up so much.Delete
I'm a bit ahead on my GR challenge but that is because I listened to books like a madwoman when I was alone and packing up my house before we moved - it helped me stay on task and focused, so I basically listened the entire time I was awake for DAYS. The problem is that now I've read/listened to all of these books and haven't discussed them with anyone and I haven't blogged them because we've been trying to get settled! BOO. (:ReplyDelete
I want to read the Darkest Minds books - I wonder if that is a series that my girls can read or do they need to wait a little longer? They've read Harry Potter and The Hunger Games, stuff like that. They're interested in this one and I'd love to read it along with them. No big deal but I was wondering! Haven't heard of the ones you just downloaded BECAUSE I've been trying to stay off of NG and Edelweiss since I'm so behind but I'm back this week and hopefully for good since we're settled. Have a great weekend, Jen!
I have only read book one, but I think it would be okay for kids who can handle the Hunger Games. Hope you survived the move and are enjoying your new place!Delete
Nice haul. You always have great giveaways. Your books are new to me. Great stack.ReplyDelete

Playlist for the Dead looks good! Can't wait to hear what you think of it!ReplyDelete
Nice books! I hope you like them, and good luck with your book challenge!ReplyDelete
I'm trying so hard not to download anymore ebooks. I was do so well with catching up but then I downloaded a few more and started reading more books that I've owned but haven't read. Once I catch up again I can't wait until browse EW and NG again.ReplyDelete
I cannot wait for the final Darkest Minds book Jen..loving the series. Course I probably won't get to it till November..but excited all the same :)ReplyDelete
I wasn't the biggest fan of 'The Lies I Told', I wasn't expecting it to have a cliff-hanger ending wither though!ReplyDelete
Lies I told sounds good, hope that you enjoy and have a good week.ReplyDelete
I'm at war with that GoodReads widget. I get one read but stay the same amount of books behind! This year is better but last year drove me crazy. 2 books is serious restraint! I'm very impressed. Have a great week!ReplyDelete
