Extra! Extra! Downpour of Summer Books

Extra! Extra!

Extra! Extra! is my weekend post featuring brand new additions to my TBR pile as well as a summary of what's new on the blog.

This weekend I'm linking to Stacking the Shelves @ Tynga's Reviews and/or to Sunday Post hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

First, I have a fun giveaway going, so be sure to check it out. YA author Jennifer Lynn Barnes stopped by with a special real-life problem for you to try out your Fixer skills on, and you can win a hardcover of her book! Click here!

Now, on to my new books for review. First, the eARCS. Thanks to St. Martin's, Algonquin and Harper for these!

Breakaway If You're Lucky Velvet Undercover
Breakaway by Kat Spears
If You're Lucky by Yvonne Prinz
Velvet Undercover by Teri Brown

And here are my latest physical ARCs for review. Thanks to Abrams, Macmillan, Three Rooms Press and Dana Kaye Publicity!

If you're interested in any of these, keep an eye out for future Freebie Fridays!

What are you reading this weekend? I'm finishing up Girl of Midnight..

  1. Sooo many great books Jen! Looking forward to Breakaway and The Fixer is just amazing!

    Happy Reading

  2. Awesome new books. Looks like Christmas in July! Went to the movies today and stopped by a bookstore after - picked up The Ocean at the End of the Lane by Neil Gaiman, since it was on sale. Can't wait to try it. Otherwise, I'm listening to Immortal Beloved by Cate Tiernan, and holy cow, what a strong voice! I'm surprised I never read her before. It's simple, engaging, no pseudo-literary-pretense nonsense. Just really clever, entertaining stuff. Do you know her?

  3. Lots of new goodies! The Anatomical Shape of a Heart is one I am super interested so can't wait to hear what you think - Enjoy all your books!

  4. Can not WAIT to hear how you like Boy Most Likely To...

  5. Awesome haul. Court of Fives is one that I'm looking forward to.

  6. I hope you're enjoying Girl at Midnight. I really enjoyed that one. Oh and I can't wait for The Boy Most Likely To!
