Welcome to Hot Off the Presses!
Tuesday is book release day, so every Tuesday I tell you about all the great new YA books you can buy in the week to come.
Hot Off the Presses aims to include every traditionally published YA book. Please let me know about books that came out this week that I might have missed! Some titles may have different release dates outside the US.
Quiet week - did I miss something??
The Killer in Me by Margo Harrison (Disney-Hyperion)
The Shadow Hour (Girl at Midnight #2) by Melissa Grey (Delacorte)
The Season by Jonah Lisa Dyer and Stephen Dyer (Viking)
Shiny Broken Pieces by Sona Charaipotra and Dhonielle Clayton (Harper)
Rebellion (Elysium Chronicles #3) by J. A. Souders (Tor)
Rampage (Singular Menace #3) by Michele Cook and John Sanford (Knopf)
The Season or Shiny Broken Pieces both draw me in.
ReplyDeleteI have the Season and not sure I'm inspired to read it, so look for it on a future Freebie Friday!
DeleteThere are a few on there I have added to my TBR list! Thanks for always doing this! I love it!
ReplyDeleteGlad it's helpful. It's actually helpful to me too!
DeleteOH YAY! I always love to get some good deals on books especially since I'm poor and my funds are ALWAYS, ALWYAS low. Thanks for sharing these with us girlie1 <3 YOU ROCK!
ReplyDeleteGood luck!
DeleteJust finished The Killer in Me a few days ago!
ReplyDeleteWill look for your review!
DeleteJuly's a quiet month? No? There are a few, but can't seem to recall them right now! The Season and the Shadow Hour are up there for me. I expect some laughter in The Season.
ReplyDeleteDon't get me started but I think the pub industry has it ALL backwards. They have quiet release weeks during holidays and summer but that's when a lot of people want stuff to read.
DeleteI haven't read any of the books yet but I am most excited for The Shadow Hour! I really enjoyed The Girl at Midnight.
ReplyDeleteHoping to read that one too!
DeleteCan't wait for Rebellion! Long time coming and I am so excited! :)
ReplyDeleteI haven't read the first two but good to know that you've enjoyed the series!
DeleteI haven't read any of these, but I'm hoping to read the Tiny Pretty Things series one day.
ReplyDeleteJuly seems to be a month where the publishing houses may also be taking a holiday because there seem to be fewer big YA releases than usual! I like the looks of The Shadow Hour though!
ReplyDeleteI loved Shiny Broken Pieces.
