Welcome to the second installment of my Ignite Me countdown. I did this for Clockwork Princess, and it was so fun that I decided to do it again 🙂
Adam! Warner! Okay, that’s what I don’t really want to think about. When I first read the books, I was Team Warner all the way. And I still think he’s a better fit for Juliette.
Then I listened to the audiobooks to refresh my memory on the first two books. I felt a lot worse for poor Adam the second time around. I still think Warner’s a better fit for Juliette, but I really don’t want Adam to get shafted… nope, I’m not thinking about that right now…

These were a little easier. I like your comments about the redesigned covers, which are not among my faves just because a giant eye staring at me freaks me out (shades of Sauron!)
Agree — not usually fond of giant eyeball covers, but these are pretty cool!
Maybe Mafi is obsessed because of her own amazing eyelashes? lol, also I learned at one of her book signings that she once wrote a book about a girl with magical purple eyelashes.
She does have the most beautiful eyes I think I have ever seen — eyelashes included.
And that's so cute about the magical eyelashes 🙂
I missed question two but I got the first and third ones. I'm sad that I don't really remember the series. I'll have to read the first two books again. I'm totally fan Adam. I know that Warner isn't all bad and he is a good fit for her but Adam has done everything to find her. I hope they can make things work.
Okay, I got them wrong AGAIN. Haha, this is disgraceful! I remembered which was which on the last question though so that's something lol.

Side note: I wish the eye covers were more relevant. Like if Ignite Me showed eyelashes on fire etc.

Thanks for the questions. It's been so long since I read Shatter Me that I did not get them all correct.
I do like the cover for Ignite Me. But did like the new look at all when they first changed the Shatter Me cover. I still don't love it. But i have gotten used to it.

I am still Team Warner, I can't go back. I am now wondering if I should re-think my re-read on audio before Ignite Me…..it sounds like it might tempt me to switch back to Adam. 🙂

I adore the covers, they're gorgeous and maybe a lil eerie, but I think much more fitting for the feel of the books than the first cover ever was!
After reading Fracture Me, I dunno, I think Adam is better off w/o Juliette. Got the eyelashes quote wong hehe.

Ignite Me in 5 days! Hoping it gets here early Tuesday. Although my Fiery Heart actually arrived on Monday so I may get lucky. I never did get the eyeball covers either.
Still haven't read this series since commenting on post one haha. Do you prefer listening to the audiobooks?

I got 2 out of 3 so I am happy 🙂 I really did love the original cover for Shatter Me and honestly felt that it fit better. The new covers shocked me and though I do not love them they are growing one me.

I only got the first one right, but better than none! And I actually really like the covers! I'm usually not a fan of eyes staring at me, but her covers are just so pretty that I just can't help but like them! I never noticed Juliette's obsession of eyelashes though. Time for a reread!
